Gas safety inspections.
If you are worried about gas safety in your home, I can carry out a Gas Safety Inspection and test all of your gas appliances and pipework checking for leaks and carbon monoxide.
Landlord’s Gas Safety Record (CP12).
By law all landlords are responsible for the safety of their tenants. All landlords must ensure that gas appliances are working correctly and guard against the dangers of carbon monoxide poisoning. Landlords must ensure all gas appliances are serviced regularly and Gas Safety Inspection is carried out annually. SP Corke can carry out a Gas safety inspection for your property, test all appliances for gas soundness, pressure at test points if available. burner pressure / gas rate, satisfactory ventilation, test flue flow characteristics, flame failure device effectiveness, presence and effectiveness of stability brackets and appliances installed to manufacturers safety requirements. After which I will provide you with a Gas Safety Certificate.
The following will be checked for a CP12
1. Check appliance for gas tightness.
2. Check standing and working pressure if test points available.
3. Check burner pressure / gas rate against manufacturers data plate.
4. Check for satisfactory provision of all necessary ventilation.
5. Test flue flow to ensure removal of products of combustion.
6. Check satisfactory operation of all the flame failure devices.
7. Check for physical stability, presence and effectiveness of stability

Domestic gas inspections are at a fixed price of £75.00 + vat which includes a full service
and all items listed above to one appliance, Extra appliances are charged
at £25.00 +vat.
